We have formed a Rate Analysis Sub-Committee.  The first task is a review of ICF and Waiver Rates.    Please let us know if you can join this sub-committee–we need as much participation as possible 

If you only provide one of these services just bring what is applicable to you.   Please bring 1 ICF Cost Report and fill out the Waiver Cost Report which was sent to you via email for one of your waiver homes.  Please RSVP with Kathleen Bjerknes at coalitionfinancecommittee@gmail.com
