The District of Columbia Developmental Disabilities Council is seeking Ideas & Recommendations from our District Residents with Developmental Disabilities & Their Families in developing a new Five Year State Plan (FY17 – FY21),  The DC DDC is looking for input on the future direction and goals of the new State Plan.
