Social Media Training (April 2019)

On Monday. April 8th from 2P to 4P, the DC Coalition will hold a training for all member providers on the impact of Social Media.  Everyone in the District uses iphones, androids, ipads, tablets, computers and such, constantly searching for information, voicing opinions or taking photos.  What is your organization doing to keep up?  Our first training on this topic scheduled on April 8th from 2pm-4pm at RCM of Washington (64 New York Ave., Suite 100, NE WDC) is “How to Join the Social Media Movement and Make the Best Use of your Website, Twitter and Facebook.”  We would like one designee from each provider to attend who is or who will be your organizational point-person for communications.

Social Media is far more important than you might think; let’s learn about it and find out how to make it work for us.  This training will be provided by Ayda Sanver,  of Ayda Sanver Consulting, LLC. Ayda is a Certified Fund Raising Executive with 25 years of experience as a nonprofit development officer, board member, nonprofit volunteer, corporate financial analyst, entrepreneur and university instructor.
